Your right to deletion is unconditional. Upon a valid request, we will permanently delete all message history, identifiers, Meta OAuth connection records, stored access tokens, and associated data linked to your account from our systems within 48 hours. You will receive written confirmation upon completion.

What data will be deleted?

All message history, conversation logs, your Instagram username or WhatsApp identifier, Meta OAuth connection records, stored access tokens, and any other data linked to your account in our systems will be permanently erased.

How do I revoke Meta access?

You can revoke the app from Meta Business Integrations or request deletion by email. Revocation stops future access; a deletion request removes the stored OAuth connection record and encrypted access token from our systems.

Can I be re-identified after deletion?

No. Deletion is permanent and irreversible. Once completed, we have no record linking your identity to any prior interactions.

Does this affect data held by Meta?

This request covers only data stored in our systems. For data held by Meta, submit a separate request via .

What if I don't receive a confirmation within 48 hours?

Automatic deletion: Even without a request, all conversation data is automatically and permanently deleted from our servers after 90 days of inactivity.
